RPS managed the refurbishment of this commercial building and achieved a 4 Star Green Star (Office Design V2) rating, making it one of the tropics’ most sustainable privately owned buildings.

Our role involved conducting full due diligence, negotiating with builders, architects and quantity surveyors, and providing complete financial feasibility analysis.

We were also responsible for guiding the design elements relating to Green Star and managing the related approval process. Through collaborating with a range of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic consultants, we achieved best practice sustainability performance and overcame the unique sustainability challenges of a tropical climate.
