Cuttersfield Estate is perfectly located at the southern entrance to Mackay. The estate provides over 500 residential lots of various densities in an area of high demand.

At the heart of the development is the neighbourhood park which features play and fitness equipment, as well as shelter, barbecue, picnic and drinking facilities.

RPS has been involved in the project from landscape schematic   design through to landscape construction administration, including on and off maintenance approvals with Mackay Regional Council. Our Urban Design team was also heavily involved in the overall master planning and marketing plans for the estate.

Our Urban Planning team prepared Material Change of Use and Reconfiguration of Lot approvalsassociated with the second land parcel of the estate, while also working on the commercial precinct and child centre approvals.
