Our experienced team of engineers and geologists specialise in high pressure high temperature designs. Wellsite Support
RPS is an industry leader in the provision of integrated wellsite and operations geological services to the oil and gas industry. Our consultants have extensive well operation experience and specific geological expertise to meet all well drilling requirements.

Geotechnical Engineering
We offer a full range of geotechnical services from front-end desk studies and site characterisation/risk assessments, through the definition, planning, management and quality control of site investigations, definition and management of appropriate laboratory testing and analysis, to detailed foundation designs and construction/installation supervision. We also offer independent third party review and expert witness services to our clients.

Geohazard Assessment
RPS has been involved in computer aided geohazard assessment utilising high resolution seismic for shallow gas/geohazard detection for over 20 years. We have completed over 250 projects worldwide.

  • Regional desk studies
  • Drilling constraint appraisals for operators
  • Geohazard assessments from 3D data in deepwater areas and from re-processed (short offset) 3D data in medium and deep water areas
  • Independent advice

Geodetic Support
Our qualified and experienced survey consultants supply expertise to the oil and gas industry in the areas of offshore survey and geographical information systems (GIS) worldwide. We engage in a variety of projects which include offshore survey and positioning quality control, geomatics QC, GIS support and database applications and geodetic control for project planning and survey design.
