Reservoir Engineering

Our team of engineers, geologists and geophysicists use reservoir data and resulting reservoir performance predictions when selecting the optimum development concept for oil and gas fields, whether onshore or offshore.

Facilities Engineering
Our facilities engineers have over 30 years experience worldwide bringing a wealth of knowledge and confidence to this important issue.

They also have the capability to undertake Studies and Engineering projects up to and including Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and work with our reservoir engineers to assess how the reservoir will behave when producing to various types of facilities.

Integrating the production facilities with this assessment can give real insights into how to optimise the chain of production facilities. This can cut costs dramatically and lead to better phasing of the development.

Geotechnical Engineering
RPS offers a range of front-end desk studies and site characterisation/risk assessments, through the definition, planning, management and quality control of site investigations, definition and management of appropriate laboratory testing and analysis, to detailed foundation designs and construction/installation supervision. In addition, RPS also offers independent third party review and expert witness services to our clients.

Geohazard Assessment
RPS has been involved in computer aided geohazard assessment for over 20 years and has completed over 250 projects worldwide.  We can undertake evaluation utilising both high resolution site investigation data and suitable 3D exploration data.

Geodetic Support
